Your child will have a much better experience if you have a SNAP CIRCUITS® JR set or above. You can get a set at Amazon for ~$30 when it is on sale for the most basic model. Snap Circuit Beginner doesn't work. However, having a set is not required. Your children are welcome to join, observe, and learn, as we also cover general engineering topics.
